Heather Williams serves as the Director of Donor Services. She oversees all day-to-day functions of the Donor Services department. Heather has been employed with FCA since 2008. She holds a Bachelor degree in Social Work from Avila University and a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. In addition to her work at FCA, Heather serves as an adoption social worker, the Director of Hope’s Heart Orphan Foundation and is a certified pet therapy team with her dog, Paisleigh.
