Morgan is originally from North Central Iowa but relocated to the Kansas City area in 2020. Since graduating from Southwest Baptist University in 2014 with a degree in music, Morgan has worked various administrative assistant roles, most recently at a church while she completed her Master of Arts in Theological Studies through Houston Baptist University. God called her to join FCA's staff as the Executive Assistant to Advancement in January of 2023.
